         Mandates the immediate construction of generic conduit in the case of "suspected oracles". The PDPS  has purchased this sites ".com" name (cambodianjunglegirl) as it was explicitly indicated on the third staff.  

PDPS confirms also at this time that staffs one and two are most likely in the "parcel of Aurora" which was divided among the Knights, two of which have yet to return from the 1999 mission. Although we remain cautious that the capture of Rochom Pngieng is another hoax, it does indicate the imbalance created in the Knights extended absence.
